There is no quick workaround that we can provide for using different characters as separator instead of comma at the moment. However, we have an improvement task for the feature in plugin which will be considered and released on the upcoming versions.

But is there a way to not export the submission date in the CSV file???
Because right now, the file is simply useless and without a fix I will have to use another plugin.

Really disappointed that you just can’t fix a bug regarding a native feature (and I’m not the only only to complain about it). You should remove the CSV export in your next update, since the file is useless and you don’t seem interested in fixing it…

Sorry to hear about the issue noticed, however, please do note that the current workflow you notice is more of a default behaviour and not a bug. We’ll be looking to add more features to improve the workflow regarding this down the roadmap.
In the meanwhile, as a workaround instead of using the CSV export, you could add an integration to Google Sheets. The submissions to Google sheets won’t have the submission date unless you manually add a date field.
Could you please check and see whether using Google sheets as a workaround helps regarding this?
