Sequential number increments

    I am assuming that there has been a recent update (between 5th and 16th Aug), as my sequential order numbers are now incrementing in threes i.e. 2531, 2534, 2537 and 2540, whereas they were incrementing singly prior to those dates. I have made no changes to the settings of the plugin.

    Hi @irishav8or,

    We have tested the scenario but we are unable to replicate any errors. Could you please try saving the settings of the plugin once?

    Hi, I did notice that my Order Number settings had changed. All orders are using an SHA- prefix and when I check the plugin settings, it shows Order Number Format as being Number (despite an order a few minutes ago having the correct SHA- format).

    My recent Order Numbers have been (all prefixed with SHA-) 2528/2529/2530/2531 then 2534, then 2537, then 2540/2541, then 2544 so the ‘3 steps’ have occurred 3 times in the recent past. As you can see, since this started happening, it did work correctly for 2540 and 2541 and all orders prior to 2531.
