Sequential Order Numbers > no order tracking

    Hi,

    i’m running the latest version of WP and your plugin.

    The order numbers Modul is activated + Make Order Numbers Sequential

    When i try to use the [woocommerce_order_tracking] shortcode it returns “Sorry, we could not find that order ID in our database.” :/

    i tried with prefix, without prefix, modul reset, orders renummerate, always the same result 🙁

    Deactivating your Modul and using the standard order no works fine. Any solutions available for this problem?

    Hi,

    Thanks for letting us know – I’ve missed that when developing the module.

    I’ve managed to fix this. Please download the development version here – http://booster.io/dev/. You will need to uninstall the old version first (don’t worry your saved settings won’t disappear). After that please make sure “Enable Order Tracking by Custom Number” option is enabled in module’s settings (as usual in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Shipping & Orders > Order Numbers”) – tracking should work now.

    Please let me know if it works as expected.

    Hi,

    Happy to hear it worked and thanks for letting me know. Please let me know if you have any more ideas/requests/bugs regarding the plugin.
    And if you have a spare minute – it would help greatly, if you could add a review, of course it would be ok if you won’t.
