serach by id problem

    hi
    when searching a ticket id in admin if it does not exist panel show all tickets,
    any solution to show nothing?

    Hi @airamlou,

    What is the role that you handle in the back end? Also, you can check that the role you use have the view_all_tickets capability disabled. You can check this with the user role editor plugin.
