Serendipity Migration to WordPress

I was wondering if there is a way to migrate my serendipity posts to wordpress? I have a seperate MySQL db for each (jaikang_wordpress and jaikang_blog).

All I really want are the posts. It has this strange import/export function, but I have no idea WTF it did other than allow me to view this gignatic XML page.
