Serious Error When Opening “Customize” After Installing Astra Plugin | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hello,

After purchasing the Astra plugin subscription and installing the plugin, I started experiencing an issue on my WordPress site.

Whenever I go to Appearance → Customize, the site shows a message saying “There has been a critical error on this website.” and the Customizer does not load.

This problem only started after installing and activating the Astra plugin.

Could someone please help me understand what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi @veridion33, the error details clearly say that the issue comes from the WooCommerce plugin. There might be an issue created during the update/installation. Or, it can also conflict with Astra. Please upload the WooCommerce plugin. You can also remove the old WooCommerce and add a fresh plugin from the file manager/cPanel. It may solve the issue.

The error appears to be occurring in the WooCommerce plugin you’re using. I would first recommend checking to see if you’re using the latest version of the plugin.
