Serious Flaw In Plugin

Hi there…

I found something concerning while testing this plugin for a brand new Ecommerce website. Upon deactivating plugin, fields default back to Woo drop down select. great! When reactivating plugin, all custom swatch variations and labels are still displaying as a drop down. Basically I have to reconfigure to get the variations to display properly again.

Thoughts?
