Modernise Dashboard / Versatility / Additional Endpoints

Hi thank you for your quick reply and as said your great plugin! Great to hear about the revamp. I may be able to remove half of my custom css! LOL.

I have devised a list of things that should undoubtedly be included in your update: I’ve got a lot of experience in improvement projects.

1. Click to Update profile / logo / background / header AND Media files instead of going round the houses – also stay ahead of the times.. Allow gifs! (Think Facebook have spent millions doing their system and making it as user friendly as they can.) Despite millions Facebook still can’t upload gifs via PC though!
2. Use uploadable custom background.
3. Allow vendors to choose their layout AND ability to edit it (as well as admin). Obviously having default (which will look good anyway 😉
4. Private message – not “quick info”! – which also goes into admin inbox to allow monitoring. With block function and admin overrule.
5. Allow users to add custom endpoints with custom images: remember WordPress is designed for people with limited coding knowledge – make it easier for all!
6. Allow custom tab option?
7. Most people – probably 99.9% of us do not want it to say vendor. But is there no way an option can be created to remove it completely?
8. Have option to change “Report Abuse” title
9. At certain times the the plugin takes away from the dashboard… Shouldn’t! There should be back buttons or discard on pages such as Add Product / Add Coupon
10. Allow non-vendors to have a dashboard (currently a subscriber has a WP dashboard and looks nothing like when a vendor signs up so there is no consistency.) This could also allow for become a vendor option to be on a page – you could also create a shortcode for this too.
11. Remove Analytics option for Vendors

13. On WP > Users > Create a “View Shop” button which takes you the vendors shop. Like you have when you click into the user – noticed they do this on other plugins
14. Remove Title of shop page (top title) option.
15. Create slug without -‘s if includes spaces option.
16. Between Shop |Announcements – Put an extra space before Announcements
17. Option to auto add border around the square logo
18. On dashboard also have visitor stats! Very important to vendors how many people have looked at their pages!
19. If link is given to vendor’s page or copy and pasted in eg Facebook create the page with the square logo and description! Otherwise not professional.
20. Change “Message to Buyers” to optional rename or off.
21. When you view shop there needs to be an option to preview website.. that stays within the dashboard ideally.
22. Some of the boxes on the dashboard are not mobile friendly.. minor to tweak to ensure it doesn’t go off the screens. Well done on the rest though it is very mobile friendly!
23. Add extra Media File where a video would go and allow ability to upload and or use Youtube link on their page. Most sites have videos these days. Most people use Youtube.

The main thing from the above is just fully increase customisability. For vendor and admin with overrides. Let people choose what they want their tabs to be called and what appears and what doesn’t.

I hope you can appreciate it has taken me an hour to do this and you see where I’m coming from but I hope more that you implement them!

As I said I have much experience with this plugin, others and improvements.

PS I would launch mid-january – People are busy on New Years Day. I’m launching on 18.1.18 and using the two weeks for build up to it
