Serious help needed please!!

I switched servers, but was getting an internal error message on my site. Bluehost told me that there were files missing from the wordpress. They told me that I should remove the wordpress file and re-install it. I did that but am still getting an internal error message and now can’t install anything or remove anything. The message I am getting from wordpress is that it has to be manually removed.

any help here please!!
