Serious problem?

Please let me know why everyday (last 4-5 days) I have more than 20.000 redirections (404) pages with link like this for all my articles in my site:

https://www.cna.gr/sports/ozil-to-megalo-parti-tha-ginei-stin-athina/%20https:/www.cna.gr/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/zuper-adv-2021.jpg

After each article URL we see this: /%20https:/www.cna.gr/…………….
