Hello @multisite
Thanks for your time and effort in reporting the issue but sorry to say, we couldn’t replicate any issue while creating an order on WooCommerece.
However, if you think we have missed anything, please, help us understand the issue by explaining it with a screenshot or a small screencast video.
Best regards,
Hello, I have the same issue. I can’t update any of Woocommerce products. When I click “Update” button, it gives me the message “There has been a critical error on this website…..” see the image below
I disabled the CTX Feed plugin today after the new update and everything works fine at the moment.
Same here. I installed the update and since the update, I get critical errors every time I try to update an existing product or add a new one.
I’ve used WP Rollback to downgrade to Version 4.7.1 and everything works fine again.
Hi @meeplescorner @dilarioy
As we couldn’t replicate such an issue on our test site, I would request you to create a support ticket here as we may have to inspect the issue more deeply.
Please, do explain the issue with visual references(Screenshot or screencast video) so we can easily understand it.
Thank you,
Sorry to say that i too had serious problems with the update. My website stopped processing orders. Orders were registered by customers but reported an error to them, and on the backend they were created but with no data of the client or the products purchased, payment method, etc. Emails warning me there was a new order were not received either.
This was a major problem for me, i lost 6 orders and a couple of hours to figure out what the problem was. Finnaly inactivated this plugin, and the problem was solved! I have no intention to reactivate it…
@ansarybadal, if you cant’t replicate these issues you should try harder, after all you messed things up, and after more than one user complaining about problems you should check your code more carefully, or at least revert to the previous version until this one was stable.
Best regards.
Hi @cmsseni
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
A new version of CTX Feed 4.7.3 has been released excluding the feature we aded to the previous 2 versions. Please, update the plugin to 4.7.3 and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.
However if you still experience the same, please, roll back to 4.7.1 and create a short video explaining how we can replicate the issue with v4.7.3.
Thank you for your time and effort!
