Seriously high cpu load.. Help!

Hi there..
Running a freshly new install on our dedicated 64 bit single cpu server on a 300 mbit link.
Server configurated with 2008 server and wamp2 server installed.
Running with buddypress, approx 30 users, using buddypress activity stream as a chat with activity refresh plugin set to 10 seconds. Also got WP Super cache installed + bbpress forum plugin. Been using supermassive theme now but i hired some guys to make a new one for me so that will be implemented soon.

Thing is, Server cpu load goes sky high. loads get like upto 100% I cant understand why this happens.. its almost like this all the time..

Anyone know what i can do to get this fixed?
