Seriously making me crazy!

I’ve lost a day and a half trying to get this to work consistently. I don’t have the Home page checked as one of the pages to have the popup. Day 1, it’s fine and no popup on the Home Page. Day 2, it shows up on the Home page.

I change the settings to have the popup appear every time the browser is opened and reopened – doesn’t work.

The bottom line is that there is no consistency as to how the popup will work or not work. I am done with it!
