Are talking about your DNS control panel or something with the plugin?

I’m talking about “Server CNAME domain” in the plugin setttings.

I want users to set their domain’s dns to ns1.mysite.com and ns2.mysite.com.

Your users will do that at their DNS registrar vs on your site.

I enter my dns in “Server CNAME domain” but it doesn’t look saved at all.

The CNAME is not for referencing DNS servers (which is what you are trying to do).

Create a page on your main site with instructions for your users on how to implement your DNS setup at the registrar level. You can leave the IP Address/CNAME field blank as it is only there for your user’s reference.

Thank you. I got it wrong.
So users in their domain registerar create a cname pointing to the main site like mysite.com (without www) works?

    That’s correct.
