    Hello!
    I would like to run the duplicator package in my Wamp local.
    when i run the installer.php, in the step 1 i have an install error.
    server code : 200
    status : ok
    and this is the error message : “Errors extracting zip file. Portions or part of the zip archive did not extract correctly. Try to extract the archive manually with a client side program like unzip/win-zip/winrar or your hosts cPanel to make sure the file is not corrupted. If the file extracts correctly then there is an invalid file or directory that PHP is unable to extract. This can happen if your moving from one operating system to another where certain naming conventions work on one environment and not another. ”

    How can I resolve it?please!

    Hey @hasinasayan,

    When you tried to extract the archive manually with a client-side program like unzip/win-zip/winrar did you get any error/warning messages or did the archive exact ok?

    Hey @hasinasayan,

    There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

        – How do I do a ‘Manual Extraction’ or run the installer without Zip enabled?

    You will need to run the installer in ‘Manual Extraction Mode’ above is the link to the steps.
