Server CPU high coming from Preload?

    Hi there,

    I have sites on a VPS and the server is experiencing high load, the host provider says the majority of the connections are generated by WPFastest Cache rather than external visitors

    They thought this might be related to the preload function.

    What is best practice here, most of the sites are not high traffic, so is preload best to turn on? (Currently is)

    Should I move the trigger to cpanel cron instead.?

    I do not think that it causes the issue but you can set the number as 2.
