Server does not support PUT or DELETE Api warning in wizard

    I just installed the plugin on a multisite network and activated it on one site within the network. My site is hosted by Cloudways.

    I went to the settings and got the wizard, which had a big warning on it that my server does not support PUT or DELETE REST API calls. I don’t have the exact error message and can no longer seem to get back to the wizard. However, it did link to this article for GridPane customers:

    There is no indication in the rest of the settings that there is any problem with the server. I did get an error message at first each time I clicked on a new menu item in the settings, but that has since gone away and I can’t recall what it said.

    So… should I just ignore that warning and carry on? Or will this cause problems later? I don’t want to get too deep into setting up the plugin if it will be an issue.

    Also, how does one get back to the wizard?

    Hello There,

    Apologies for the delayed response. FluentCRM depends on the REST API for various functions, thus if the Rest API methods aren’t supported or disabled from your server then it might create issues with some functionalities of FluentCRM.

    I would recommend contacting your hosting and getting all the Rest API methods enabled on your site.
