server don't respond, can't open admin

Hello, please don’t kill me but i have some problems with my website and i don’t know how can i do. i’m not really good with wordpress and i’m sorry if i made a stupid question.
my website is http://www.santaconiglia.com , i bought a domain and add wordpress on it.
now when i open the admin page https://www.santaconiglia.com/wp-admin/ appears first a white page with the word ” processing ” on the top and then an advise that tell me that safari open the page because the server doesn’t respond.
i really don’t know what to do and how can i fix it. wordpress is install in a databaseMYSQL and i don’t know what i ca do or what is the problem.
i don’t understand too much wordpress and i’m sorry if someone will find my problem stupid but for me is hudge. can someone, clearly and in a very simple way tell me how can i fix it ?
if i open the site www-santaconiglia.com i view the admin panel on the top (hello admin ecc) but if i click on dashboard or everything else it tell me the same message (server doesn’t respond) or error 404.
please help !
