    Hi,

We recently migrated from GoDaddy shared hosting to GoDaddy VPS hosting. We migrated data from old hosting to new server using duplicator plugin. Everything worked fine. Websites are working properly on VPS.

Now we are on Godaddy VPS. When we try to create new package using duplicator on VPS, its showing scan error 0. No other detailed description is given.

We followed the following link and checked for any symbolic links problem accordingly. But there are no symbolic links being scanned on Duplicator ❯ Tools ❯ Diagnostics ❯ Scan Validator ❯ “Run Scan Integrity Validation”.

    https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-package-018-q

Please note that we migrated 3 websites from Shared hosting to VPS and all 3 domains on VPS are generating these errors now.

Is there any particular settings or PHP provisions required for Duplicator plugin which we might be missing?

    Kindly help please.

    Thank you.

It’s possible there might be a permissions issue. You might have to check the PHP error log for issues. If that does not help and you want to submit a support ticket for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this thread when submitting the ticket.

    Cheers~

    Hey Cory Lamle,

Thank you for the quick response. I have checked PHP log file and its showing the following error.

PHP Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0)

is it possible that zlib on VPS is causing problem with Duplicator?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hey @mdpkindoze2015,

It’s possible. Have you connected with your host to see if they have seen the issue before with zlib?

    Thxs~
