Do you have an error log that contains anything about the issue?
To rule out a plugin compatibility, would it be possible to disable all other plugins temporarily and see if that resolves the problem?
If it doesn’t, can you tell me if you are using any other firewall/caching/membership/role manager plugin?
Also, can you verify that the file permissions on your site are set properly? You can use these guides:
