Server error 500

    using IP Blacklist Cloud v. 4.0
    After running this program for years I suddenly get a “Server error 500” while login to my site. Renamed the dir “ip-blacklist-cloud” to “ip-blacklist-cloud old” and I can access the site again.
    Restored an old backup of the dir “ip-blacklist-cloud” I could login again, but after activating the Server error 500 re-appeared.
    Even removing the plugin and then re-installing does not work, the Server error 500 re-appears. Now the plugin is completely removed to circumvent the Server 500 error, what can I do?
