Server Error 500

    Hi there,

    I encountered this error when I click active to a newly installed theme named “tidy”. Now, each time I clicked anything, this error appeared and I cannot access anything. I cannot even bring back the previous theme which was working prior to this error.Does this mean that everything is lost?

    How do I retrieve the previous working theme which is working? I recalled an autosave option – I need to get back the working file.

    Now, the website is completely down.
    Is it caused by the server which is hosting the website?

    Try switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
