Server Error 500 – Memory Exhausted (already increased!)

Since few days we have massive problems with Woocommerce. Every few minutes the server announces sporadicaly “Memory exhausted” and “Server Error 500”. We tried everything from the solution ideas. What did we already:

+ Activated Debug-Logs
+ Checked WooCommerce Status – no errors
+ Update WordPress, Plugins, Themes
+ Increased Memory to 512 MB (we have only about 150 products online), Site needs about 200 MB as we can see in the debug tools. The failure appeares with every size of memory.
+ Deactivated WP Rocket Caching Plugin
+ Deactivated all Plugins & Reactivate one by one
+ Deactivated Divi-Theme
+ Contacted our hosting provider
+ Tested via Duplicator on a local server

The failure appears, until we deactivate WooCommerce. So what can we do now? Where is the right idea to solve this problem.

Do you by any chance have the object-cache.php dropin plugin? Could you please send us your sites’ status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page?

Hi @svenbu. Sorry that we missed your last response.

I don’t immediately see any issues in your system report. Are you still facing this issue?

+ Deactivated all Plugins & Reactivate one by one

Does the issue occur when you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and using a default theme such as Twenty Twenty and with the latest version of WooCommerce installed?

We have reinstalled the whole page, and failure is gone. Before EVERY action (as described by you) leads to no success. So we choose the “complete” solution. 🙂
