Server Error 503

Hello,

it’s my very first contribution here, hope this may help others as well.

I am facing an issue currently which prevents the Postie plugin from working correctly. It used to work until September 25 though but since October 25 no more posts have been created. There is no failure email generated nor is the debug mode working currently. As soon as I want to enter that the 503 error page pops up. Testing the settings revealed no obvious errors, so connection to mail server works and emails there have been detected correctly.

The main goal is to read an email once a day from the mail server using POP3 SSL. After reading the mail it should get deleted from the server (which obviously wasn’t done since October). Attached to each mail is a PDF file which should be extracted and added to the post. As I said earlier that all used to work perfectly since September. I am pretty sure I won’t find out what exactly changed back then but maybe one could help me finding some breadcrumps in the log file? Or even fixing that weird issue when starting debug mode; that also happens when starting the manual process by the way.

I have been able to extract an error – or let’s put it that way: I assume it is one 😀

I copy paste it here. I have changed some details like user name and domain (replaced by XXX) and deleted the list of installed plugins; but the rest has been left untouched. If the acitve plugins list is key please let me know.
