Keep getting the following error message : The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.risbj.com/jonnycakecenter/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fjonnycakecenter%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

It occurds when trying to access customize, background or header through through Appearance.

Use Appearance -> Theme Options

That option isn’t listed. Also, doesn’t matter which theme I have active, it’s still the same block. So maybe it’s something in the php coding?

You can re-install WordPress. If you are still having problem you will need to get someone to look into it for you.

Finally figured it out. Went through plugins and started deactivating and updating them until I got the fix. Thanks Denzel for the input.
