Server Error

    Hi, we’re getting the server error 500 “http://www.clinicalondon.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/wp-video-lightbox/misc_functions.php” on Google Search Console. It says also “Googlebot couldn’t access the contents of this URL because the server had an internal error when trying to process the request. These errors tend to be with the server itself, not with the request.”. Is there a way to fix this error without deactivating the plugin as we’re using it quite a lot on our website? And is this a severe error?

    Hi, have you spoken to your host about this error. Internal server error 500 is something the server administrators needs to look at.

    Looking at your site and using the browser developer tools in Google Chrome, it found the following.

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
    at t.activateScript (ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/dba9ecf7/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js:1)
    at ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/dba9ecf7/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js:1
    at t.run (ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/dba9ecf7/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js:1)
    at v (ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/dba9ecf7/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js:1)
    at o (ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/dba9ecf7/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js:1)
    at ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/scripts/dba9ecf7/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js:1

    The above issues should be address as well as your internal server error 500.

    I’m actually getting the same error. So I looked in the plugin’s files, and there is an error log. In the error log since March 6th it’s been saying PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_shortcode() in (my folder structure)/wp-content/plugins/wp-video-lightbox/misc_functions.php on line 2.
