Server error occurred: Internal Server Error

    Hi,
    i’ve installed the wise chat plugin (version 2.3). it’s a very nice plugin, but after some time I get some errors like:
    Server error occurred: Internal Server Error
    Maintenance fatal error: Internal Server Error
    Server error occurred: Internal Server Error

    Hi @toja24,

    Please enable debug mode in Advanced tab in Settings. Then observe and report more detailed error messages. This message can be anything, including your server and WordPress setup. I would have to see more detailed error messages.

    Hi,

    thanks for your response. I’ve tested it on a new wordpress installation and got the same errors.
    These are the error messages from the debug mode:

    [Wed Sep 21 2016 10:25:27 GMT+0200 (Mitteleuropäische Sommerzeit)] [errorThrown] Internal Server Error
    [Wed Sep 21 2016 10:25:51 GMT+0200 (Mitteleuropäische Sommerzeit)] [onMessageArrivalError]
    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I would need a more detailed error messages in order to find what is wrong.
