1. Upload one dummy image (sample.jpg) on your public_html folder
2. Run this image on your browser ( http://www.isaccommodation.com/sample.jpg )
Once its works its WordPress issue else its server issue

I am going to chat with customer support of my domain… I think is the only way :S
I hope its WordPress issue because i can access your readme.html file
And try after rename .htaccess file
