Can you tell me if there are any errors in the console? To open the console in your browser, right-click anywhere on the Burst Dashboard and select “Inspect” or “Inspect Element,” then navigate to the “Console” tab.
The issue seems to be a 508 error, which is caused by too few resources as Dennis stated here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/status-508/Are you on a not-so-fast hosting environment or is that not true?
We are looking into ways to make Burst more efficient in handling data. So that Burst works on every WordPress environment imaginable.
I will make a branch where data isn’t loaded simultaneously. This might fix the issues you’re facing. I’ll work on this and send you a GitHub link with this change this week. I hope and think this will fix your issue.
Yes, I installed WordPress on a free hosting environment with low resources. I also installed the plugin environment a different environment with high resources and there were no issues.
