Server is not configured to run Ghostscript

    I installed Document Gallery but the PDF thumbnails aren’t showing. After checking settings, it appears my server isn’t configured to run Ghostscript (or Imagick). How do I go about installing and configuring Ghostscript for DG?

    Hi bonlaiyl,

    That depends a lot on what your hosting setup looks like. In a lot of cases, you won’t have the permission necessary to address not having the IMagick PHP module setup or Ghostscript installed. You’ll likely need to have a discussion with your hosting provider if those are things you want setup.

    Thanks Dan. That issue aside, I’m finding the column setting isn’t working – it displays the files in a single column despite selecting other numbers from the dropdown menu.

    Bonlaiyl,

    You can’t have more than 1 column enabled if you also have descriptions enabled.
