the error appears when I try to scan a page into admin section.

Just give me your website url, where the plugin is installed. Like http://gogretel.com/ is mine.
That’s all.
Actually the plugin uses a header response screening method. I know where the error is coming from. There are many possibilities of that restriction.
I’ll test with my testing bot from OUTSIDE as any other search robot does. Then you can jump to a final conclusion.

Tested url from 3 different tools. Works well. You can check it here too.
I think some plugin is causing the trouble. Try after deactivating security plugin.

yep, you’re right. I used the standard wordpress .htaccess and it worked on first try. there is something in it that causes the malfunction. I’ll look into it.
