    Hi, the backup stops due to server issues and the error code is BMI-Gnsiumef-72432.

    Hi @xxchris

    My apologies for delayed reply, I believe it’s too late already.

    Nevertheless let me provide you the solution that should work for you.
    Issue was caused by most likely modified PHP CLI executable.
    To resolve the issue it should be enough to simply disable PHP CLI.

    Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save “Other options” section
    4. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    You can give it a try in future if you will need to use our plugin 🙂
