    Your plugin is used by many high-quality themes, and it’s making me uncomfortable to buy these themes when I know that they are using your plugin since you have so many bad reviews now.

    I saw that there are outages very often with your service and I’m wondering if this is still an issue or if it is 100% corrected?

    Please advise.
