If I’m right do you have two different file locations there? One that’s local (probably) that you have the website files stored in, and another one on your hosting server?
If that’s the case, the server will have what’s used on your live site. You might need to update yur local copy from what’s on the server because the servers files (core, themes and plugins) will be updated as needed so should be the latest and most relevant copy.

but to be sure we’re on the same page, i say it once again to be sure we don’t misunderstand,
so the files on my website and what i can see from my server (by Filezilla or my hosting website) are not the same!!
what happens if i reset my website?? if i use WP reset plugin to reset my website, would that help??
i just want to start my website from the day 1 i dont mind if i lose my pages as well!!

What is different? What is “corect” and what is not? What do you expect to see that’s not there now, and is that local or on the server? There’s no way that anyone else can see what you ar working with, so we need all of the information that you can give us. 🙂
As far as resetting your site, you can do that, but why would you need to? What is wrong with your stie as it stands now that warrants starting fresh?

i cannot see the themes that i have installed on my website, on my database (or server) too, no matter i upload themes by filezilla or from my hosting website, it doesnt come to my website!!
I really need a way to contact someone and explain it, it’s super time consuming to always write over here and get messages slowly, however i really appreciate you for spending your precious time to help me out!!
this is the reason i try to reset my website/database and start everything from beginning! it worth trying it and at least i’m sure it would be ok again!!
