Server pages static with its all css and javascript

Hello,

So I want that all the pages will serve static with its css and javascript like both will be included in html file How can I do that?

and one more thing that I have a website for ex xyz.com so when i export in local directory when i need to access static website at that time I have to go to xyz.com/public_static/ But i want that it will run on my same url xyz.com how can i do that?
