Please, check if it is possible to access module externally by adding to your store URL – “?connector=mobileassistant”
e.g. http://yourstoreurl.com/?connector=mobileassistant

I have similar problem. I have the error “No server response. Please check your URL.”. When I check if is possible to connect MA by mu browser it is OK.
