Server response time

    Hi, everybody
    My server response time is 1.9 seconds according to page speed ins [gtmatrix also show me that my response time is slow]
    I am using a dedicated server from online sas
    there is on more WordPress blog hosted on the same server [ http://allapkapps.com/]his server response time is good enough but my blog has response time is 1.9 second
    my blog address is http://www.opentechinfo.com/
    we both using WordPress 4.7
    He is not using any CDN and I am using CDN of CloudFlare
    please help

    The big deal is the time to the first byte. Once your server wakes up and starts serving,things go very quickly.

    What happens if you do NOT use Cloudflare?

    and I try again and again no improvements
    I am using iconic one theme it has outstand score
    where is problem

    Try installing a caching plugin on your site, something like WP Super Cache and see if it improves things.

    already installed w3 total cache
    and cache plugin will not reduce server response time
