I have the same problem. Thinking that it may work changing php versions I tried with the php from 7.1 to 7.2,7.3 qnd 7.4. But nothing changed in that server. But I have the same installed in another site on another server, when I change from 7.1 to 7.2 it started working.

Strange again I changed the domain from www1.xxxxxx.com to http://www.xxxxxxx.com BBB stopped working. All configurations are correct and all things work except bbb
When blindsidenetwork is not changed then it is working. If we change to any other server it throws error, I fear that is very advantageous to only blindsidenetworks who are maintaining and selling server space. So to prove that it is still GPL and they didnt take possession for their advantage, they have to look into it and make it work.

Hey Folks,
i currently have the plugin installed on 3 pages and can assure you that it works with my own server, which is not from blindside networks! Also all those pages where setup in the last 2 month and the update is 3 month ago… Unfortunatelly i cant see what the issue is with your installation…
1) double check your credentials
2) make sure you use https as it wont work without with the html5 client
3) maybe install another testserver with bbb
4) use a clean dev WP install for testing…
Maybe someone else has an idea?
I am sure the folks from blindside have 2 much 2 do these days the the community must help out here!

I have installation where BBB working with https://www1.xxxxxxx.com But when it is full tld https://xxxxxxx.com BBB throws error in all 3 servers. I am trying to help testing. I tested in separate 3 separate servers. I am still finding the causes. When I find I post here.
I just now did fresh install of wp and bbb without any other plugins- and BBB shows the same error when trying to change the settings with end point and shared secret. Error: The server cannot be reached. Are you sure the server is running and your settings are correct?
But if I dont change the url it works and goes to blindsidenetworks.com and works. Very strange – there is something that makes us to go only to blindsidenetworks and doesnt allow to change to our own or other servers
IN SO MANY WAYS I TRIED SPENDING DAYS TOGETHER STILL THIS PLUGIN FORCES US TO JOIN BLINDSIDENETWORKS.COM OTHERWISE ROOMS DONT WORK. THE PLUGIN OLD VERSIONS USED TO WORK – BUT NEW VERSIONS SOME CODES GIVES MONOPOLY TO BLINDSIDENETWORKS
This is so frustrating and disappointing, months go by and no resolution in sight? Or at least some guidance? I have the same problem on all 5 of my sites with this broke BBB plugin.
