    Hello,

I am using the latest version of the plugin. In settings, if I choose “Server Side” as the tracking mode, my site then stops to work and shows “Internal Server Error” 500…..

I contacted my host, they said this issue isn’t caused by anything in their server. When I choose “Client Side” as the tracking mode, then my site starts to work but the plugin does not track any data.

I have Slimstat installed in two different subdomains. Both are on the same server. I am having this issue with one subdomain, the other one is working fine.

This issue seems to have started when I updated the plugin.

Any help is appreciated. thank you

    Hi,

You might be hitting your PHP memory limit, as the new version of the Browscap database is slightly bigger than the previous one. Please ask your provider how to increase that limit or consult the WordPress Codex.

    Jason.
