    Hello Team,

    I have been using this plugin a lot. I love it.

    I have a problem with this website, trying to create a Backup it returns me an error with this words:

    Scan Error
    Please try again!
    Server Status: 500 -Internal Server Error
    Error Message:

    Is this due to the Hosting?

    In most cases yes… Checkout this question on the FAQs page I believe it may help or provide some clues about this issue:

    Hello Team,

    I also use this plugin that is not long time. It’s because have problem as Diegaker, I also check the support website as http://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq, but I cannot find the question I got an 500 server error message what should I do?. Therefore, please tell me how to answer for my situation
