Hello,On all of my websites (around 30), I experience a server timeout whenever I edit text in WordPress and click “Update.” After the timeout occurs, I can reload the page and the changes are applied correctly. As soon as I disable the plugin, everything works without any issues. I am using the latest version of WordPress together with the Avada theme. When using the default WordPress theme on the Themify Ultra theme, I receive an “Invalid JSON response” error instead of a timeout. Again, disabling the plugin resolves the issue. All components are always kept up to date.

    Thanks

Hi, and thanks for the bug report. It’s very difficult to say what’s happening.

Can you activate your web browser web inspector and see what the (faulty) response it?

Also, is this a problem that started happen recently? Has it worked before? Have you done anything recently that could explain the issue, like wordpress update, php update, server update, etc?

Sorry for the Delay, the inspector says nothing more: This is the error

    POST https://www.hustechnik.ch/wp-admin/post.php 503 (Service Unavailable)

I also see this general on the site:

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.4.1
    utils.min.js?ver=6.7.38:12 modal error: rbm_tracking_firstgo

It has started with the latest Or one Update before of Simply history. And the site is on PHP 8.4.11. But there was no Server Updates.

I can arrange an access on a Dev site if this help.

503 could be like anything. Difficult to tell. If you could provide dev access that would be useful. You can find our support contacts so don’t post anything sensitive here in the forum 🙂
