    Hi,

I’ve been having issues since this morning. I woke up with a warning email about a series of files infected. All files belonging to plugins automatically updated in the last two days by WP. The list included three security-maleware-firewall files. Since then, I scanned the site several times, every time with different results. At some point, I only had your three files in the scan log. I tried to quarantine them, but then the scan didn’t work any more. So I restored them. The scan I just launched claims everything is clean. I’m kind of lost here, and on top of all this, I keep getting this message of error that I need to reset my password, which I already did this morning.

Attached you can see the error, and the three files I had to restore.

    Thanks

    Keyla

    Hello.

We have sorted this issue out. Our scanner detected these files as dangerous because the hash of our files did not have time to upload.

Please restart the scanner and the files will disappear from the list.

    Did it help?

    Hi Katereji,
I don’t know what a hash is, but as long as you do, everything is fine. The scan came out clean today. However, I keep getting the error message at the top of the plugin page:
2023-10-04 11:15:47: Getting access key automatically: SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: An account ***@*****.com connected to the website *******.com already exists. Please restore access to the account here (follows the link to restore the password). The asterisks are mine.
I already changed the password yesterday, but keep getting this error.

    What else should I do?

Please, click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page).
Wait for a few minutes then refresh the page and check the progress.
