Service Duration always zero – 0

    Hi,
    I have my system minimal duration set to 30 minutes.
    When I edit a service and try to change the service duration, it always goes to zero. I can select the service duration in the drop down menu, but when I click update, it resets to zero.
    Every one of my services resets to zero time duration.
    Please advise, thank you.

Hi,

you need to change the “Booking method” to “Advanced” inside “Settings > booking rules” section.
