So I am looking into wordpress to use for a possible client and had a question about the birch plugin.
the client I have owns a security installation business. They are wanting the ability of a client online to schedule a service call or an install. While the service techs are able to see where their service callsill and be able to see their daily or weekly schedule to better plan their route throughout the day, While a master tech has the ability to see just his schedule or all of the techs schedules and help route the right service calls to the right tech in that area.
will this plugin allow for that? Or can you re commend one that does do that?
