Service Set Up does not work

Hello,
for some reason, what we set in service does not seem to be taken into account. e.g:
1 https://theinvisiblecollection.com/appointment-booking/
2 select The Invisible Collection NYC
3 select Virtual Meetingyou will see 45mn slots from 10am to 6.15pm without any time secured before and after and the day finishing at 6.15 whereas the set up sayd 15′ before and after and the day is 10am to 6pm… whatever we change does not influence any of this
