Services keep unplugging themselves

    Hi,

    I’ve been having an issue with the plugin for a little while now. The shipping services (Colissimo and Mondial Relay) that I assign to certain countries keep getting disconnected on their own from one day to the next.

    I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, but it didn’t change anything. Every morning, I have to go back into the admin and reassign the services to the countries manually, which is not very convenient 🙂

    Any idea what might be causing this?

    Woocommerce is 9.8.1
    Packlink is 3.5.1

    Same problem here, 2nd time in a week that every packlink shipping services disapears. I’ve got to manualy go into each packlink delevry services, and set back every countries, to get them back

    It look like it’s happening because of a cron, it seems to append every week.

    But we hope that this issue will be resolved very quickly now !

    We missed several sales due to this issue.

    I went back to v3.4.16 because i can’t lost sales every times it appends, look like it’s ok in this version.

    Hello !

    Thank you very much for your help.

    But we need the developer’s answer to resolve the issue. It is not correct that Packlink does not respond ever here and ever on his help center.

    We are several losing sales because of this plugin. It is a serious problem !
