Services – Sydney theme

Hello,
I’m having a problem with page Serivces.
I don’t want services that I’ve made in page builder to show up in the page “Services” like this one:
http://dmdesignns.com/test/norimport/services/

I wanto to have it like this one:
http://www.elementbuildinggroup.com/services/

I realy can not found a solutions, I made both of this sites, but I don’t have a clue what I have to do to clear away serivces when I go to page “Services”.
