Hi,
could you share with me the URL of your booking page and suggest:
service/assistant/date & time
to select in order to see the issue?

Boy’s Cut / no assistant / 24th June & 9:00am
I already have 2x appointments booked at 9:10, so shouldn’t be able to book at 9:00 (based on that services at 9:10 are 30min each)
I have the Time picker changed to 10 Minutes but would have thought that the session duration of each service ((which are all 30 min) would account for it.
It suggests setting this option accordingly with the duration of your shortest service but the client would like to be able to book in 10-minute increments rather than 30.
If someone calls at 2:35 to book and coming straight away, they don’t want to book it for 3:00 (30min increments). They would book it for 2:45.
Hi,
only registered users can make a reservation on your website..
Apologies, sorted, and thank you for responding so quickly.
OK, which service should I select on 24 June at 9 AM ?
Thanks again.
You can choose any of them.
There are 2x 30minute services that are already booked at 9:10 so it shouldn’t be able to book it as it would overlap?

as you can see I’m not able to select services as there are parallel bookings..
I suggest you to enable the “Change order” option.
Perfect.
Looks like you can override it in the backend calendar but that is only accessible to admin, is that correct?
From back-end you are operating as administrator and you can make overbooking even if the system will inform you when select a not available date/time assistant/service.
