Hello,
I would like to know if there is the possibility to set “Allow backorders but notify” as default value for all new products that I create or import.

Hi there,

This is definitely possible and you’d only need to set the allow-backorders table in the CSV import file. For more information on how that works, have a look at the columns options in the CSV importer at https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Product-CSV-Import-Schema#csv-columns-and-formatting
