Set Default Featured Image?

Hi there,
Is there a way to set the featured image for a Pod post type? It’d be great to be able to set it at the Pod level rather than each Pod instance. An override on an instance would also make sense too.

Thanks for the plugin recommendation. I installed the plugin and set the default image, but it doesn’t seem to be affecting my Pod post types. I still need to manually set the image for each instance.
The default image does appear selected in Settings > Media, but not in each Pod post form.
I created a support thread on the plugin’s page.
